Findings
Findings are close examinations of single issues. Each sets the documented record — contracts, minutes, check registers, recordings — beside the governing text that applies to it, and labels what the documents establish, what the rules require, and what is still open. A finding does not call anything illegal; it places the record next to the rule and leaves the conclusion to you.
